About Us

HISTORY

Stephen Bryce Liebert, AIA is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, a registered Architect, and has performed a variety of Architectural and Construction/Project Management services for over 40 years. Steve served as a Deputy State Fire Marshal for the Commonwealth of Kentucky after the 1977 Beverly Hills Supper Club fire in Northern Kentucky. Since 1980, Steve has been involved with the KFC Corporation, first as an in house corporate architect and to present offering Yum Brand (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, LJS and A&W) franchisee store development services. Separately, Steve has been involved, for 12 years, as a partner in two different Interior Architectural Millwork companies.  Provided Owner Representative/Project Manager services successfully for two (2) separate Corporations with over $25 million each with over 100,000 square feet of new and renovated office space.  Scope included Contractors and Vendors and move-in.

 

                                                                              

EXPERIENCE

Director of Colonel Sanders Technical Center  

Master planning corporate growth then hiring architectural design team and general contractor for the execution of design/construction for $25 million state of the 
art Sensor Testing, R&D, Engineering and 4 full kitchens testing products,
equipment and operations ….. to move in.

Project Management managing multiple franchisee building design/construction projects (new construction, remodel programs, upgrades…) from programming to completion and consultants, throughout the USA.

this was a continuing education class given at Bellarmine College in Louisville, KY is an introductory program outlining  both residential and or commercial application of : When to call an architect? What does an architect do? How to work with an architect! Identifying the services you need .Negotiating the agreement. Compensating your architect. A guide to working with an architect…..
