Owner Representative Responsibilities with Architect

- Coordination with Consultants (Program data & design objectives, interior design material selection)
- Coordination with Architect during design stages
- Coordination of all Department Representatives
- Representation for Public & Private Meetings
- Evaluate existing owner furnishings and establish reuse/new owner furnished scope of work, specifications
- Maintain a complete list of all contract participants
- Evaluate construction critical path schedule & sequencing
- RFP Contractor selection
Owner Representative Responsibility with Contractor during construction
- Owner-Contractor Agreement: A201-2007: Article 2 Owner 2.1-2.4
- Project documentation (written & photo progress)
- Evaluate requests for scope changes (Change order requests, cost and time impact)
- Critical path owner required responses (progress payments, scope clarification)
- Receipt of all final building warranties and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain O-A-C Meetings/Reporting
- Owner supplied equipment specifications & staging
- Coordinate owner relocation move-in
